Small airport in a tropical setting with outdoor waiting areas and airconditioned departure lounges. There is only 2 shops. You can have your breakfast in here. There is an atm of atm west in the departure lounges but will cost couple of dollars to withdraw.
Wonderful place. It wasn't too hot when we were there and all of the staff are friendly. We had a pleasant experience and the desk people were very kind and polite. Even though it is only a small airport, it is well maintained.
Its a rural airport, not a whole lot can be said about it. Most of the time the baggage carousel is slow and their is little to no air conditioning any where. But does it allow planes to fairy people to and fro to areas that would take months to walk to and days to drive to? Yes it does. The security staff and front desk air hostesses are all friendly and the departure lounge has some iconic scenery and good food. This is a fine airport.
Lovely quaint airport. Old school, we really liked it. A breeze to get through and decent enough food and drinks available when we were there. Check in was easy
I'm from Sydney and it's my first time I at broome airport I was expecting it to be like Sydney airport no way near but I like it because everything was there like hiring a car or even getting picked up by your accommodation the experience great at Broome airport even more the Qantas customer service where outstanding and brilliant good job and thank you so much
