On holidays and went in for tubes. $18 each. Yep no other choice so I paid. All tubes the same price they said. Friendly staff and seems to be well stocked. But wow the price of tubes is ridiculous.
Laid back style but always get the job done
i was on holiday in Broome and popped into the Broome cycles to enquire about bicycle hire. I ended up buying some Shimano shoes on discount. after just 3 wears, part of the sole had ripped away from the shoe. I sent an email to Shimano with photos which they forwarded to Broome Cycles. A few days later I received a text offering to refund the full cost of the shoes. This is what true customer service is about -Thank you so much Deanne.
Great shop and friendly staff. Have been in there several times with a range of questions or requests and they are always courteous, polite, and honest. Couldn't ask for more from a small town bike shop. Well done guys!
