Very helpful staff in the home appliances area... a little more energy in the telecommunications area would be good...

Our vacuum cleaner charger had an intermittent fault. It was under warranty but I couldn't find receipt. . Details were very quickly checked and product replaced very promptly. Thank you for your attentive service.
