Went for my T extension medicals on 5th Jan 2018. Everything went alright. After the medical check up I told the receptionist that I had previous experience the doctors failed to forward the medical outcome to DOT. She promised me that she will email a copy to DOT and will personally guaranted me that its in good hands. After a month on 5th Feb 2018, received a call from Taxi Despatch saying I have been barred from driving coz my T extension medicals has expired. I tried to explain but they couldnt help as the DOT as instructed to bar me from taxi dispatching system. Went to DOT Broome n they rang few people in Perth n came up to a conclusion that they never received a copy of my medical result. I rushed to Broome Doctors Practice to find out what happened. After 20 min the receptionist found the paper got stuck on their printer for a month.A month????!!! Is this a joke??? This are the people beat their chest and called theirself as professional and doctors.The person who suppose to send the medical report email was the Practice Manager. How responsible is that Manager? How responsible is the receptionist who promised me that she will deal my medical paper personally? U guys wanna trust these people with your life? Think again.
I highly recommend Broome Doctors Practice - all staff are friendly and efficient , the Doctors are approachable and very knowledgeable and the online booking service allows you to make appointments at any time of day (or night.)
I have been a patient at Broome Doctors for the past 7 years and it is a very professionally run business with very friendly and helpful staff and Doctors. The practice manager Leslie Parker has helped me on several occasions and always finds me an appointment if I need one urgently. My main Doctor is Dr Sally Cornelius and I cannot speak too highly of her. She is very thorough and explains every thing she is doing and why in simple terms. She has rung me at home on quite a few occasions to explain test results when they have come in and any follow up when required. I have not had that service from Doctors before and I am impressed. I have also had some appointments with other Doctors at the practice from time to time and I have always found them to be excellent. I would recommend Dr Cornelius and this Doctors practice to all.
We have been coming to the Broome doctors practice for years and we have had nothing but positive things to say! Our family Doctor is Dr Zirvana she is very professional but at the same time is very kind and considerate to all our health needs, she genuinely does care about our well being and we always walk out of her office feeling confident with our treatment plans. We highly recommend Dr Zirvana, the practice and the front desk ladies are all amazing!
Every Dr we have seen at this practice has been wonderful. Our Dr is Zirvana very thorough and very caring with her patients we would recommend this Drs Practice to anyone needing medical and personal advice and support.I really like the way if you need to be referred on for further clinical management by visiting specialists they follow through to make sure you have received the appropriate care.We love this practice they have taken such wonderful care of my husband since his stroke.
