We have stayed here 3 times and will definitely be back. Rooms are lovely clean comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. The Deck restaurant has delicious food. Great buffet brekky. Great location short walk to cable beach.
For one of the higher priced hotels in Broome, I expected a lot more. We went during the wet season, so there weren't many guests staying there. For some reason we were given a room for disabled guests. So the bathroom wasn't what I was expecting with no shower screens. Water would end up all over the floor and on the toilet seat. The bedroom was nice. When we checked out we were told we should have said something and they would have given us a different room. At the end of a long holiday, with too many suitcases, the last thing I wanted to do was pack up and move again. Had breakfast in the restaurant. Always good food there! It's just a shame there is nowhere to eat inside.

All good. Staff could be a bit more attentive, but this means more cost for the guests. We had all rubbish still on back terrace and it stayed with us until we left. The reality is that most hotels and resorts in Australia just don't have that carefactor like Asian hotels have. Like bring the guest and luggage to the room.
