Nice place hot in the afternoon. Best time either early morning or evening to visit. Quiet place road to the place is gravel so better to have 4wd but small car can also manage.
What a great place to go bird watching!! Coast, mangroves, woodlands, plains and wetlands, what more could you ask? Nigel, the warden, was excellent.

Beautiful spot. Takes a while to get to but well worth it. You'll need a 4x4. There's a small shop and clean toilets. We didn't try the campsite. Recommended
Great tour with Andy this morning. The mangrove tour was fun and even though we were not Birders we enjoyed learning about the mangroves and the wildlife. It was amazing to see the tide come on so quickly and strong. A small group experience was a really worthwhile addition to our itinerary.
