External and internal communication is nonexistent. Had our application near on a month and failed to deliver on everything. "It's processing", is not a valid update and not acceptable to quote that for 3 weeks. All communication was done on our part and was tiresome. Failed to call back on 5 occassions.
Stay away.. Be aware of your rental bond!!
Worst real estate. My experience are only negative . Poor communication skill. No consideration for urgent maintenance repair.Maybe it is just that my propriety manager is incompetent and ignorant.
