The staff member who helped us with the pick-up of our camper in Broome was really friendly and helpful. Travelling from Broome to Darwin, we were looking for a campervan that would be comfortable and convenient. The stocked kitchen, gas cooker, fridge and sink was everything that we needed. We found the table and bed easy to set up and put away, although the foam mattress was quite thin (we stacked up spare doonas underneath to add some padding). The additional one-way and Broome fees added to the cost, so this wasn't a cheap way to travel, but it was really fun.

We found the service at Britz in both Broome and Darwin to be substandard. The vans themselves were fine.
