DON'T go there with any stonefall damage (windscreen) as they said to us it was too big to be repaired and we need to get the whole windscreen replaced for 520$! and therefore wait one week! We went to Novus after that and they said "easy one". Repaired it for 99$ life long guarantee one hour later. Would give no stars if possible!
Fantastic service from Broome Motors (also Isuzu dealer). On Thursday we took our Mazda ute to Broome Motors after several warning lights appeared and our ABS and cruise control stopped working (not a happy situation with several thousand kilometres still to drive). It's busy season with about a week advance booking needed. We left our number in case there was a cancellation. Luckily there was, and we had the ute there immediately. The cause was traced to broken wiring to the ABS sensor. We were looking at a wait and a lot of expense as the relevant harness was sourced from Mazda. Wes the service manager was great - very proactive and customer focussed with our interests in mind. We accepted the offer for their auto electrician to attempt a repair. Result - complete success - all warning lights off and cruise control working again, and we were able to leave Broome as originally planned. And the cost was fair and reasonable we thought. Adam and the woman at reception (sorry I don't have her name) were friendly and welcoming, with smiles on their faces. And we were given a ride into town while the work was being done. Exceptional service from Broome Motors. We were impressed, and certainly recommend them to others. A thoroughly professional business with great staff we think.
