It seems like every mechanic has been doing his job for 20+ years and still cant do his job right. Now thats not all to their own fault, working on cars can be really difficult as you cant always see whats at fault and other factors that make a job difficult. But this place? Completely something else. Complete incompetence combined with no final review can be very deadly when dealing with cars.

Had an electrical fault with a battery management system in a trailer on a recent trip to Broome. They guts spent a lot of time trying to solve the problem. Eventually part replaced by manufacturer. Even though the guys could not fix the problem they gave me a lot of time and helpful recommendations.
We broke down 550km outside of Broome, the team came straight out, were super friendly. They got us seen to as soon as possible despite the weekend and public holiday, even letting us stay with them until this was fixed - having full use of plugs, fans, showers and loos. Above and beyond any service we have ever received, thank you!
